Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Rush processing may be available (extra 15.00) 1-3 days for production — contact us at murraylaserengraving@gmail.com for details.
** Please allow extra processing time for all bulk order (orders over 6 custom items).
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at murraylaserengraving@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
